We worked with Janice since April 2020 until December 2020, which is when we bought our house. For 9 months, Janice was so patient and kind in helping us find the house we want and NOT one time did we feel we were being rushed or that she is tired of us or anything! I am sure she was working with other clients while working with us, but she always made us feel we are the only ones she was working with, that is the amount of care, interest and efforts she puts into working with you. She also was on top of taking precautionary measures for covid and helped us view houses via video calls until we moved to Raleigh from out of state! We really couldn’t have navigated this process with this much ease without her help! She also is extremely knowledgeable about the houses and the areas that she helped us make some crucial decisions and saved us from buying houses with issues or bad locations since we are new to the area and also to home buying process. Trust me when I say, you will be utmost cared for and educated about in and out of the value, of the comps, issues, structure and everything you would need about a house. She also referred us to an excellent loan officer who gave us a great rate and approved the loan in a record time of 3 weeks, that included thanksgiving holidays.
