I first met Janice Farnsworth through local bridge clubs in the Raleigh-Durham area around 2010.  She has been especially helpful when I’ve had to move residences quite a bit.  She is a realtor who truly cares and pays close attention to her clients’ needs.  

She works extremely fast too.  I recall around October 2015 when I needed to find housing right away and she sent me several viable listings that same night.  I did my research and within a week, Janice had lined up several places for us to visit.  

Over the years, I would continue to reach out when I needed help and she is always so responsive.  Her MLS listings were always tailored to my needs, a sure sign that she truly listens then acts accordingly.  She instinctively understands that clients do not have time to weed through listings that are not a good fit.
