I would highly recommend Janice to anyone searching for residential property in the Triangle area.  Janice is as knowledgeable as she is detail oriented. She has a very easy-going and approachable personality that make it a real pleasure to work with her.  I felt that she truly listened to me and  had a solid understanding of the property features that I was looking for and –perhaps more importantly–those that would or could cause problems for me down the road. (Often things I never considered.)  And although I monopolized a lot of Janice’s time during my search, I never once felt any sort of pressure to settle for something I wasn’t 100% happy with.
